• Individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment that are seeking competitive, meaningful work.
• Employers who are looking to build inclusive teams and fill long-term positions with dedicated employees.

Keeping essential skills alive through mentorship.

Who It’s For:
Some of the most valuable skills are the kind you can’t learn in a textbook, they come from years on the job. Many participants in the Community ReLaunch program have worked as tradespeople, journeymen, and skilled labourers, developing practical knowledge in areas like framing, masonry, carpentry, and more. 

The Skills Exchange Program is designed for:

• Community ReLaunch participants who want to share their expertise and mentor others.
• Young adults, new trades workers, and peers seeking hands-on learning from experienced professionals.
• Community members interested in learning practical maintenance and repair skills to use at home or in their careers.

Compassionate home-based decluttering paired with staff training to support clients and community members.

Who It’s For:

• Individuals experiencing hoarding behaviors or clutter challenges that threaten home safety, stability, or well-being.
• Staff and support workers (e.g., mentors, caseworkers, organizers) eager to build confidence and skill in approaching hoarding with sensitivity and dignity.
