Who It’s For:
Most government-funded employment programs require participants to commit to 30+ hours per week. For many people, that’s a barrier rather than a bridge.
Community ReLaunch is designed for people who need a gradual, supported re-entry point, including:
  - Individuals rebuilding after mental health challenges or addiction recovery

  - People engaged in social reintegration (after incarceration, homelessness, or long-term caregiving)

  - Anyone not yet ready for a traditional full-time schedule, but eager to regain stability, confidence, and practical skills

What We Do:
We create low-barrier, flexible opportunities for participants to re-engage with meaningful work while supporting the community.
  - Participants are matched with short-term, low-commitment assignments (1–4 hours per task, or small projects over a few days).

  - Every task is designed to be achievable, rewarding, and skill-building.

  - Assignments emphasize real contribution, not “busy work,” ensuring participants feel valued.
