Capstone Launchpad is a Nova Scotia–based organization delivering inclusive training, workforce readiness, and supported living programs through structured, scalable models. Our work focuses on reducing barriers to participation while building practical pathways to employment, independence, and community life.
We operate at the intersection of skills training, stability, and workforce participation designing programs that work for individuals, employers, and communities.
What We Do
Launchpad delivers an integrated suite of programs that combine:
- Certified training leading to industry-recognized credentials
- Non-certified skills training that builds readiness, confidence, and independence
- Community-based mentoring and work experience
- Independent Supported Living that enables stability and participation
These components are designed to work together. Stable living supports enable participation in training. Training builds skills and confidence. Work experience supports transition into employment and community engagement.
How We Work
Our programs are delivered using accessible, low-arousal, trauma-informed approaches that support diverse learning needs without compromising quality or standards.
Training and services are offered in both traditional and non-traditional learning environments, including community-based settings, small group formats, and structured classroom delivery. Programs are designed to be flexible, responsive, and aligned with real-world labour-market needs.
